We are expanding our talented team to include a dedicated Technical Sales Executive who will champion our products and drive our mission forward.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive pricing analyses and prepare detailed quotes that align with client objectives and company profitability.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by representing Molloy at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production departments to ensure that customer specifications are precisely met.
- Introduce Molloy's existing and new product lines to untapped markets, expanding our reach and reinforcing our market position.
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic thinker with a strong technical background who can simplify complex concepts for a variety of audiences.
- A dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a knowledge or is curious to learn about the wastewater treatment and precast product industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. (A degree is a nice to have, but a different career route is okay also!)
- Experience in sales, or on technical projects.
- Experience within the construction, environmental, or infrastructure sectors is not a requirement but a plus.
