As we expand our reach and capabilities, we're looking for a Project Manager to guide our projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the wastewater treatment, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly regarded.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
