Sales & Project Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to streamline our operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central communication point, coordinating between sales, engineering, and production teams to facilitate project progress.
  • Oversee customer orders, monitoring stages from sale to project completion, and liaising with stakeholders to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing to maintain optimal stock levels, aligning with sales forecasts and project requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing new systems and technologies to improve efficiency in sales and project tracking.

  • A problem-solver who is proactive in identifying and addressing potential delays or issues in the project lifecycle.


  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, engineering / science or a related field (A degree is a nice to have, but a different career route is okay also!).
  • Experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or environmental sectors.
  • An understanding of various computer software and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
